Crystal L. Forman, MPH, MHA is the Owner/Director of Holistic Wellness and Health, a company of Holistic Healthy Living for All, LLC. She is a passionate health, fitness and wellness educator with over 20 years of experience in health education and wellness. Using a plant-based approach, she focuses on disease prevention education, and health & wellness outreach programs. She looks at the whole picture including what did and did not work for you in the past, what’s going on with you in the present and where you want to be in the future. Her whole person approach focuses on mind, body and spirit and integrates health, fitness and wellness to improve the quality of life for all. She offers healthy plant-based cooking classes, plant-based cooking demonstrations, wellness seminars, health coaching, grocery store tours, meal suggestions, meditation and fitness training. She is also an avid organic urban farmer and forager.

In addition to her public health and health administration degrees, she is a certified sport nutrition consultant (CSNC), a certified health coach (CHC), a certified group exercise instructor (GEI), a certified Permaculture designer and a certified Baltimore City Master Gardener.

Candance L. Greene

published writer, editor, and the founder of Cherishedflight

Cherished Flight

Candance L. Greene is a published writer, editor, and the founder of Cherishedflight, a ministry dedicated to helping women realign with the peace of God. She has produced over 70 episodes of Cherishedflight the Podcast where she shares biblical steps women can take to embrace the peace and purpose God has for their lives.

Through Cherishedflight, Candance introduced Cherishedflight the Blog, a series of reflections on topics ranging from abiding with God, to how to forgive. She's also conducted sets of blog series on the Fruit of the SpiritPraying the Names of God and Abide In Me centering around Christ's message to His disciples in John 15:1-11.

Candance also introduced the concept of #PeaceBreaks for women who are overwhelmed by the demands of marriage, motherhood, and maintaining their careers. With the #PeaceBreak, Candance encourages women to carve out moments in their day to pray and breathe in order to deescalate stress and reconnect with the presence of God. She has conducted #PeaceBreak sessions through Cherishedflight the Podcast, as well as with live audiences.

In the spring of 2018, Candance released her book Inhale Peace: A 31-Day Journey to Realign with the Peace of GodThe devotional was created as a daily guide for people to connect with the peace of God every month of the year. In July 2018, she launched Inhale Peace: Journey Through the Devotional, a video series that walks her #PeaceCollective through each day's devotional.  

Candance is a graduate of Paine College where she earned a BA in English, and Goucher College where she earned an MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing. She has been published in a variety of anthologies, scholarly books, and journals including: Bittersweet: An Anthology of Contemporary Black Women’s PoetryBrevity: A Journal of Concise Literary NonfictionFearless Confessions: A Writer’s Guide to Memoir; and the Huffington Post. A native of Nashville, Candance now resides in Baltimore with her husband and three children.

Jaree Cottman is passionate about supporting women across the lifespan in addressing the mental and emotional strain stemming from life transitions. From issues of identity and self-esteem building among teens, to relationships, career and belongingness in young adulthood and to the multifaceted transitions of motherhood.

Jaree uses a holistic, person centered approach to treatment, integrating traditional psychotherapy with complementary practices for improved physical, mental and emotional well-being. Yoga, dance, meditation, breathwork, expressive art and aromatherapy are all sometimes used as a part of the therapeutic experience to help clients achieve a more balanced life. Jaree is grateful for each opportunity on and off the couch to share in the great work of helping people connect to a healthier version of themselves.
