I will admit, writing about my experiences has helped me heal the trauma of my past. In addition, writing has been found to have many benefits which include sharpening creativity, helping to focus and organize, nurturing the self, healing from childhood and adult trauma, increasing awareness of feelings, reducing stress, discovering goals, strengths and talents and processing information in decision making.
This workshop will focus on specific journaling techniques which allow for self-exploration. Please use this time to join others in learning how to take advantage of this pleasurable practice. You can take the information gained to help you throughout 2019 and beyond.
